So Day 1 Of 28

Well i got through it. Day 1. After my liver refused to shrink for surgury i am so determined this time. Although surgeon has got me doing it for 4 weeks. Long term goal.

Day 1 over no problem. Its day 2 ,3,4 i worry. Come on i can do it
