Lots Of Gas

Hi All, Can anyone help? I have a tremendous amount of gas all the time. I spoke with my doctor's office and they recommended using lactose free skim milk in my shakes. That hasn't alleviated the problem. I had my surgery on 5/11/12 and it seems to be getting worse. Any thoughts??
