My family and I are going on my life's dream trip this summer to England and Scotland and while I have been doing exhaustive research on both countries for years, I was wondering if anyone from the UK can give me any hints on things to do/avoid, etc.

I also need specific help with how exactly do I get the train from London to Edimburgh, where do I buy the tickets, etc.

All tips/helps very much appreciated.

Hi!

To get from London to Edinburgh just go to the King's Cross train station. You can buy a ticket whilst there, and the train will take you directly to Edinburgh in about three hours.
