  • Next time she drives somewhere you should suggest she walk instead of taking the easy way and driving her car!

  • As much as I love my band, it was by NO means the easy way out! If anything, I'm putting more thought into my daily life than I ever had before. It's easy to be on a diet and decide to cheat and eat

  • People are stupid I was actually told by many people when I had colon cancer and was undergoing chemo and got down to 152 how LUCKY I was to have lost so much weight My response do you want to tra

Ugh, I hate that. Aside from the fact that it's not easy (it's not like it's liposuction!), it almost comes across to me as "you don't deserve easy" when I hear about people saying it. Yeah. Cuz growing up fat was easy. Continually losing weight on diets and gaining it back was easy. Feeling huge and having to fear waking up in the morning and not being able to fit in your pants is easy. God forbid someone would do something that might make weight loss and a healthier lifestyle a little easier for them.

I would say "yup, I did take the easy way" and then give one of those sinester laughs while walking away... Hehe, or you could ask her why she prefers the hard way? see what she says then

i wish i knew you when i was on chemo i would have loved to have said

----especial like the nisister laugh part

Well, it has by no means been the easiest diet i've been on but it has definately been the most successful!

We use tools every day to make out life easier. Cars, dishwashers, vacuume cleaners, computers and cell phones, in my opinion the lap band is no different and people who think it is the "easy way" are too ignorant on the subject for me to even care about!

When they create a band that blocks my desire for chocolate chip cookies then I'll say it's easy way....as you all said this is hard.it's not liposuction and you can fail your band.it's risky but worth it !:-)
