Hi all!!!

I am so happy to have found this group with so much valuable information. I am new to LBT and have a lower BMI of 30-32. I have been considering surgery for about a year but found that that my BMI was too low for surgery in the US because I don't have other complications. If any one can suggest the best doctor for lower bmi and low cost for cash patients I'll be your best friend . I feel a little hopeless because of my BMI and financial restrictions so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there - I am self-pay as well and I have just begun really researching the possibilities of going to Mexico.

I am planning on moving back to No. NJ - it's where I was born and raised, I moved to DC 5 years ago. If you find a good NJ doctor, find out if they will take on the fills and maintenance of patients who got their bands elsewhere. It may help you figure out if MX is an option for you.
