Thank you ladies!!!!! I know it's light at the end of the tunnel' date=' and ppl do compliment on how "good" I look, HOWEVER no one knows me like ME and ummmmm I NEED A FILL!!!!!!!

I should not want and/or think about STUFFED CRUST pizza, but I am and it's taking every ounce of strength in me to just keep with my regimen. :-/

Do any of you ladies take Vitamins?

I take one a day Multi Vitamins gummie. They r pretty good and don't make me sick to my stomach. Also I take caltrate D chewable. I broke down today and had 2 cheese sticks from sonic. I took off the bread and just ate the cheese and I have been nauseated ever since. That's was about 1 pm. That was a mistake!!!

Yes to the Vitamin question. My doc has me taking Bariatric Vitamins once daily as they have a higher percentage of what my body needs now that I'm not taking in as much nutrition as before. Also I take Calcium citate 1800mg daily. Hope this helps.

Regarding vitamins: 1 childrens chewable with Choline (Double check for Choline as not all Vitamins contain it. I buy the costco version of Flintstones much cheaper); 2 Caltrate Plus with D; 2 Vitafusion Gummy D (I have no levels); Vitafusion Gummy Fiber (couple in the morning couple at night); 1 Biotin 5,000 mg (For Hair loss. Available as a tick tack sized capsule.). I also take 65 mg Iron. If you take an iron supplement make sure to wait an hour before taking Calcium as they counteract one another.

If are supposed to be on solids continue to eat solids. If you haven't purchased a food scale do so. If you are not measuring you are guaranteed to be eating too much. I am at restrictions yet still measure all my Protein. Eat 3 ounces of solid Protein and then low fat/calorie vegetables until full. Your first fill may not give you restriction' date=' in fact it took me 6 months to get restriction. Again, the band is meant to work with solid food. You cannot survive for ever on liquids. As anyone who lost weight on slimfast will tell you when you go back to solids you will gain weight.[/quote']

I WILL BE PURCHASING A scale IMMEDIATELY, I KNOW FOR A FACT I AM EATING MORE THAN 3 oz OF PROTEIN. 6 MONTHS TO GET RESTRICTION?? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I HEAR THAT ALOT, THE gummies ARE THE BEST! THE CHEESE MADE YOU SICK??? YOU LIVE AND LEARN, TAKE SOMETHING FOR THE NAUSEA AND DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP ABOUT IT!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
