Stomach Pain After A Fill

Had my surgery in 2008 and had a fill that year and on again in february 2009. I moved accross the country and for various reasons hadn't gotten another fill until last Thursday. The doctor drew all the fluid out and found I still had 2 cc in my 10 cc band. He took that fluid out and put in a total of 3.25 cc. I am pretty much okay uring the afternoon, but I wake up in the middle of the night and in the morning with pretty bad stomach pain. Is this normal? Any suggestions?

My surgeon told me that having a full can make your stomach feel sensitive because it's being messed with and a full is an adjustment in the stomach. I was told to stay in full liquids for three days first, then gradually goi into regular diiet. I usually feel yucky the first few days and sometimes feel tighter restriction one week later.
