List Of "mushy Foods" Please Let There Be Salmon On That List.

Banded May 24th so next week I will be on Mushy Foods, sounds terrible, but I will survive with your help. So Mushy means what? Soft potatoes, sweet potatoes, scrambled eggs, ground turkey, salmon (I hope) can I have salad (another hope)

Is there somewhere on this forum- recipes that we can use. Thanks so much for all your time and energy that you use to answer my questions

Lassie

First week of mushies I could have yogurt, ricotta and cottage cheese. Week two added egg whites and canned chicken or tuna. I supposed you could do canned salmon. Salad is not a mushy it's a solid. I used Low fat Laughing Cow cheese to mix in the chicken/tuna (instead of mayo a lot less cals and fat) and on the egg whites.

Like the idea of putting cheese in my Chicken salad. I guess I know that salad it not a mushy but I was hoping it would be ok. It is soft (spinach ) lol

thanks

Lassie
