3 Weeks Post Op No More Liquids Calories

Yesterday was my post op check up. It was a week late due to my mom broken hip. I had a protein shake for breakfest but packed my lunch of chicken salad and Special K all grain crackers (if you guys have not tried these do they are GREAT! and only 120 calories for 24 crackers) Anyway the one thing he really preached at me is NO liquid calories. No more shakes ect.... That i must eat all my calories now and if it is eaten with a spoon its liquid.. Well i have been eating alot of yogurts. Also no more drinks till at least an hour after. He also said dont worry bout carbs just solids and liquids. So this is what i did yesterday. I made sure to eat solid foods and stay away from the liquids and while i had gained a lb so yesterday i lost that pound as well as another. Yea I got this!
