Sudatonic Infrared Wrap Treatment For Weight Loss

Does anyone know anything about this? Of course it sounds too good to really be true (lose inches increase metabolism etc). There is a groupon in my area and it's incredibly cheap compared to the regular price. Thinking about giving it a whirl but mostly concerned if it will be safe for my band. Any advise?
