Summertime Liquid Calories Help Me Stay Cool And Refreshed !!

Its starting to warm up and I'm starting to freak out about the summer and all the cool sugary calorie filled drinks !! I've never been a person to drink my calories but I was an avid diet coke drinker. Now that I can't have carbonated drinks and dont care for iced tea I'm a little stuck !! I know if I plan ahead I can make my own smoothies but what else can u do in the fast paced summertime??

Crystal light! Sooo many flavors tastes awesome and no sugar only 5 calories! I was a big soda girl too and I don't even miss it anymore.

One thing that I like a lot is the Special K protein packets that you mix with bottled water. The strawberry kiwi is awesome! Also, I have def been lovin' me some lemonade with splenda! Hope this helps! :)
