Willing To Be A Mentor, Colorado Springs Area

Anyone who would like to chat about any questions they have regarding the band can feel free to IM me. I have been banded for 5 years. I started at 198lbs, 5' tall, and have reached my goal weight of 115lbs. I have maintained anywhere from 113-120 for the last two years and feel great. I have had some minor problems and adjustments, but that comes with the territory right! I used to be on lapband talk alot but got busy and stopped coming in to chat. Looking forward to hearing from you! :D

I live here in Colorado Springs and would love to have the extra support. My surgery is on June 4th and I start my liquid diet this Saturday. I'm really ready to get started. Right now my eating has not changed much which is hard but it will on Saturday.

What suggestions do you have for preparing myself to be successful? What things do you think I need to buy before surgery that you would feel are necessities?

Thanks
