Banded April,23 Any Canadians Near Ottawa Or Gatineau Around?

I am now on my 7th day post op and looking to discuss progress with anyone. Just started mushies. Experienced the shoulder pain and runny nose as a signal to being full. Weird! Started at 238 now 226.4.
