Hi everyone! I am just starting on this journey. In two weeks I had supposed to go to an initial group meeting at the hospital for bariatric surgery (a required starting point for the doctor). I can't wait to get moving on my weight loss journey.

Hello, I go to my consultation next month on the 18th. Best of luck to you, I know that I'm a bit hesitant. I was actually on the waiting list for a whole year last year when they called and I decided not to go through with it. After talking to a few friends and reading these posts I can say that I'm much more confident this time around than I was the last. I am ready to shed this weight...it hasn't been easy on me or my children but I know that the reward in the end is going to be well worth it! Good luck to you....
