I go in today for my first ajustment. Kinda nervous as to how they find the port and what to expect.

My doctor said two days liquids and then two days mushies. I had my fill on Wednesday so I stuck to liquids the rest of that day and then yesterday. I even wanted until today to eat some pintos and cheese from Taco Bell. I suppose I will do a baked potato for supper.

I did 2 days liquid after the fill on Tuesday and I have chewed until my jaw is sore. It seems that at night time it is a little looser. I can't hardly eat much of anything. I guess on a positive note I have lost 4 more pounds in 5 days?
