Hi I see you are at 7.75cc total. Given that, I would say that you should not be eating much of anything LOL. I've been banded for 6 years, so I guess I am kind of an old foggie stogie now in Lap

See, here's my deal. Dolly says she was told to eat 3oz of protein PLUS a half cup of veggies/fruit PER MEAL. At over 7cc filled on a 10 or 11 size band, our stomachs cannot hold that much. No way!

I've had an unfill, but still have issues getting food down that aren't hot. Still no breads or rice or pastas, or meats or fruits\veggies . Tough time. Not even coming close to the food portions I need to lose weight. Retaining everything I eat!

My nutrionist and doctor both say we should be eating between 1/2 and 1 cup of food per serving. The demonstration my nutrionist did was putting a small piece of meat, some veggies, and cut up apple into a measuring cup and saying "this is as much as you should be eating per meal". She also suggested using a salad plate rather than a dinner plate.

And of course, always eating Protein first in case you run out of room for the rest.

Sometimes I can't eat a whole cup, depending on what it is, but I can always eat at least a half a cup.
