Hey everyone. I just got my surgery date and I am so excited!! May 22 is my date!! They offered 3 weeks from today but I can't do it till May. All for reason right?? Any advice for me until I begin all liquids??

I would suggest eating your favorite meal! The liquid diet sucks, but I don't regret doing it. Stick to the diet the nutritionist gives you!!! I lost most of the weight during that time. I stuck to it because of that and because I was super scared of something getting stuck. Good luck though I wish you the best

Eat your favorite meals! Also mentally prepare yourself...the liquid diet its def a hard thing it messes with you're head but you can do it best of luck it was the BEST decision ive ever made!

This liquid diet is hard. Started Monday and already I feel the clothes looser so that is my motivation.
