Anxiety Meds & Vomiting (Pb'ing)

Hey guys,

So last night was my worst episode yet. Im a year post band & havent even had a fill since Dec. I am prone to PB'ing, or vomiting maybe, I'm not sure which it is. My doc assures me I'm fine & this is all anxiety. As in, when more stressed, I have more issues. I never know what to expect. But last night's was crazy - lasted over 3 hours - and when it gets bad like that, I start to panic, which I know doesn't help. Im going on April 18 to maybe have some Fluid removed from my band but I really dont want to do that. This morning I'm unstuck and sipping Water (gonna do liquids today), but am wondering : will anxiety meds help this at all? Anybody know or try this?

My daughter has panic attacks when she is really stressed and the doc gave her something to take when it happens. It calms her down within minutes. Good luck!
