Bloating & Sharp Stinging Pain Near An Incision Site

I've felt terrible today, and don't know what to do or what I've done to cause this. I'm 12 days post-op and the only thing I've eaten today is a little bit of mashed potatoes with some Unjury protein in them. I've had diarrhea, and have been extremely bloated, I suppose. It constantly feels like I need to have a bowel movement. I'm also feeling a sharp, stinging pain near or around one of my incision sites. I can't tell if it's inside or out really. My family doc just looked at my incisions yesterday and said they are fine, so I don't think it's infected. Any ideas what's going on with me and how I can fix this or prevent it from happening in the future?
