What is your total weight loss so far after your surgery!

Della I had surgery on 3/19 and I have went from 219 to 211. Why u worried be joyous. This is the healing some gain some lose. Its our bodies and how they heal.but for all of us we have something in common. Its gonna come off soon!

I know my intake of liquids is not high enough but I just get full so fast I can't drink anything else for hours

Thanx... But did u lose n e weight in your first month

Maybe 10lbs. Then month 2 I lost 29lbs.

I have only lost 9 pounds I'm happy I haven't gained none! ...do u exercise @della

Not yet but I did sign up for kick boxing next month super excited

I'm glad for all the responses. I have an appointment with my doctor on 3/28/12...I have not started working out yet....I should know if I have healed enough to see what I can do..... I will let ya know guys

I haven't gained none I'm 3 weeks post-op I'm on soft low carb foods! N I only lost 9 pounds! My problem is I'm trying to rush this like it's the gastric bypass! N I can't do that! It's very hard I eat under 30 carbs a day! I do belly dancin and Water aerobics! Can I ask u what do u do! N eat...

I excercise 4-5 days a week for about an hour and 1 1/2. I aim ro burn from 700 too 900 a day!!! i eat five times small meals totaling between 950-1100 calories, some days I could only get in 900 but i feel satisfied and I do have carbs like the sandwhich thins or crackers. No rice no Pasta.I drink alot of Vitamin vater zero and If snackish I have a banana or a cheese stick. imrarely ever hungry and I have only had two fills! Hope this answers your question! due for my next week in a week cant wait!!!!

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
      Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

      Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
