I'm very similar to your story I will be banded a year in march and I have only lost 40lbs which 15 I have gain backed in the last 4 months I am so afraid of being labeled a failure I have state fed to second guess my decision for this surgery specially since seeing a good friend of mine have fast result with the gastric bypass. Thanks for giving me hope!

Struggling After 1St Year
im so happy i am not alone im getting close to my 1yr and i've only lost 50lb but recently gained 8 back. i really dont want to be classified as a band fail.

Since like Monday or Tuesday I havent tried Zantac because i didn't think it was heart burn I did try gas x but that didn't help at all

I'm about two months out I have no fill but lately I have been feeling this huge pressure in my chest like im super tight and it feels like I have to let out a loud brup but if I try to push it out then I feel like I'm about to throw up I have no idea what's going on can someone please help!

You can do it before you know it the weight will just start to fall off I can't wait to see your progress I too have a YouTube channel it will be nice to see where you start and where you finish good luck and remember the hardest step is the first one- Normal To Eat More Than 4Oz?
