Had All My Fill Removed....help

I was doing so well. I had reached my sweet spot and was great. About 2 months age I got stuck and it just never got better. thwe docter said he thought i was swollen inside so he suggested all the fluid be removed so that it heals. now that im better i went back to get my fill ( after i gained 10 lbs.) and he put in half of what i had. No restriction at all. I went back a week later and he put in all that i had before. No restriction again. Band did not slip ( had an esophogram)I was wondering if any of you ever had this kind of thing happen to you.

please help

Sorry. I've never heard of anything like this happening. Hope it gets better for you. Thankfully your band didn't prolapse on you.

I don't know what the answer is, but I'm going through the same thing. Got stuck really bad in the beginning of feb, since then I was too tight...finally went for an unfill this past Monday. Can't get a fill again for another 5 weeks. I'm back to zero restriction, sucks!

Hi, yes it has happened to me before by me being almost 2yrs out, I have experienced just about everything LOL! I have had two complete unfills I gained about 7lbs waiting for a fill the 1st time. There was no slippage or anything traumatic but the doctor did say I had something stuck in the band, I had grilled some Salmon and I think it was a little dry. After several small fills I was back on schedule so the sweet spot will be back just be patient and don't worry. Then I had a overfill and due to my *** I had to switch doctors, the new doctors removed all the fluid. Funny thing though I only had 4.5ccs in my bad but when they started refilling it, I can only tolerate 2.5ccs now I am at my sweet spot again. Don't worry about it you will be back there soon. ;)
