Scorpio I think starting the group would be a good idea. It also expands the date so we can get more joiners. Even though i do think we have a great start to a great group of ppl. As for the 6 weeks to get into good habits. I eat worse when i am off work then when i am at work. I think its not having time to eat then. I figure if i am at work during the liquid stage will keep me to busy to think of being hungry. Least thats my hope. I am scared if i sit here I will have way to much time on my hands to think of not eating.

Ok I sent all of you an invite, but just in case you didn't get it....

I hope our little group grows. I posted it in March, April and May's forum but if you know anyone, please suggest the group. I'm thinking I'll need all the support I can get.

36 days and counting!

Hi Band-Tastic <<great name

Jump over to the "Springers" group and join there. We combined March April & May into one group so we would have more to share.

Thank u tahnee....

I know the feeling kerra......I had to do the whole 6 month thing. I called my dr office a few days before my last appt and the told me that my insurance was not requiring the 6 months supervised diet plan anymore. Talk about disappointment! But I don't regret it at all because I really learned a lot from it. Congrats on ur surgery date tho!!!

Yay! There are finally more April bandsters!

Chunkygirl- you and everyone are more than welcome to join the group. If you search for Springers under the groups tab you can join from there. It's an open group.

BTW- someone from the March bandsters said April ones were not as fun. As if!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
