Hi all, I was banded on 12/06/11 and so far I've lost a total of 40 pounds. I am very proud of myself but as of late I've been a bit discourgaged and as a result made some really bad food choices. Is there anybody in or close to the Lawton area that would like to get together to work out and just experience this transformation together?
