need ideas for phase two. on my list it says liquid yogurt? do i blend plain yogurt? need ideas what u eat during this phase 2.

My surgeon said low fat yogurt, with no chunks, was good. He specifically recommended the various Greek yogurts because they're higher in Protein.

Just remember, no chunks

Dannon makes some low fat yogurt smoothies that are real thin and easy to drink. Cannon light smoothie. No fruit or chunks.
