What Is Your Workout Routine???

Recommended Posts

I go to kickboxing 5 days a week. I do stregth training to failure one day (may increase it to 2) days a week. Even though I was go to kickboxing 5 days one day I would go twice and 2 days I would take like 1.5 classes. I'm going to try to cut those out because I actually believe it is hindering my weight loss (I believe I'm not eating enough for it to help with my weight loss. I'm crossing my fingers that that starts the scale moving again. I also go to the gym once a week and do the elliptical.

So I workout 6 days a week.

My routine is 6 day a week for 2 to 3 hours in the gym!

Sunday, Monday, Thurday & Friday (2 hours) 1 hour 30mins of Cardio ( Treadmill or PreCor machine) 30 mins of weight training (either upper or lower body) and abds

Tuesday & Saturday (3 hours) 1 hour 30mins of Cardio ( Treadmill or PreCor machine) 30 mins of weight training (either upper or lower body) and abds and 1 hour of Zumba

Wednesday OFF DAY

I started out going to the gym at 3 am. Now I am doing a evening routine and next month I will mix the two. Trying to not have my body get stuck in a really routine of doing thing, so that I do not plateau. Keep it confused and just when it think that I am on a routine I switch it up.

I am loving working out! I miss it on wednesday to be honest. But I know that my body need to reboot.

I go to the gym 5 times a week and workout for an hour. I spend 30 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the eliptical, and 15 minutes on the bicycle. I was told not to do any weights or lifting until my next fill on February 7th. I eventually hope to do the eliptical for 30 minutes (that thing burns some serious calories!) and 15 minutes on everything else. Also, once I get clearance, I'll probably do strength exercises 2 out of the 5 days a week.

My workout routine is as follows:

40 min on the total gym

20 min walking

December 1st For the first time I got serious about exercising, I wanted to make it a room I wanted to go to, so I hooked up a little stereo for my AC/DC (Back in Black will move a body good) sometimes Lou Bega, if I am just wanting to be super happy and silly, then I went on eBay and bought Bath and Body Works wallflower plug ins a stress release scent vanilla Verbena that I trade out with a lemongrass candle, hooked up a large fan and put a lock on the door.

I started out walking 3 days a week for ten min(thinking whooo), now as soon as I get off work kick off my shoes throw on my stretchies and get on the total gym start with set ups (was 10 now an easy 40) I do arms legs back shoulders stomach, then on the treadmill for 20 min, it has 7 different programs that I rotate through each day just to keep it exciting.

For the first time ever I am seeing a change, every day someone gives me a compliment (best motivation of all) I am now doing 6 days a week, Because of the workout I am usually not hungry, so a small lean cuisine or health choice is perfect, and I have finally started drinking more Water, I am also still motivated from the workout and end up doing a little house cleaning as well.

I use to come home seriously starving and spend the evenings channel surfing, saving the house work for the weekends.

I have never pushed exercise or dieting on other family members, but for the last 3 days they have been working out with me, they said they have seen such a change in me that they want one to.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
