I just recently decided to get the Banded Gastric Plication, I go for my consultation on Jan 2, 2012- I am nervous and excited and just wanted to know what to expect that day?

There is no need to be nervous. When I met my surgeon for the first time, he was the first doctor that wasn't patronizing about my weight. I had already attended the informational seminar, so we discussed the surgical options. I had already decided on the band and he agreed that it was the best choice for me.
