Chest Discomfort After Lap Band Surgery?

I had my surgery 11/11/11 o have been fine up until 2 days ago....how do i know if im stuck? Its a discomfort in my chest....plus alot of gas....should i b nervous? I can still eat n drinl but no appetite ..help please...
