Have Anyone Experience This?

On 11/28 I had my seventh fill. I believe I hit my greenzone, however, my first week I couldn't keep anything down. So, I went back to the basic (clear liquids). In one week I lost 8lbs, which I think was water. Things was so rough, I was thinking about going to get unfilled. But I like the restrictions because I don't eat as much, but it was getting uncomfortable. Now in my second week thinks are a little better, first thing I must do is respect the band and if I'm full to stop eating (still trying to break bad habits). Now here is my ? When eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner I'm fine, but when it comes to drinking (water, juice, tea, or crystal lite I can only take very very very small sips) and that is after I wait 45-60 min after eating. I am so thirsty I suck on ice all day. Any input would be appreciated.

See if warm liquids help. You should be drinking up to 64oz a day to keep you hydrated and to help with hunger

and prevent constipation. If you really can't drink liquids, you will need to get in touch with your doctor to see why.

You may need a small unfill.
