Hello - new member, new band, much hope

Hi all,

Ive just had my third fill - surgery was 2 months ago - and finally feeling the effects. Just wanted to say hello and read about others experiences!

I have struggled with eating disorders my entire life. Now I have the band, I have some measure to help prevent my binging and subsequent purging. Im a little scared, but very hopeful that with dedication and commitment, I will lose weight and feel healthy.

Hope everyone is well :)

Welcome, one of the last words in your intro is the key to successful weight loss......... Commitment.

It takes some work and a bit of deprivation, but if you're committed, you'll lose. Best of luck.
