I thought I would s p r e a d the Good News !

I was Banded on 10-31-2006.

So this is now my 5 year Bandiversary ! ! ! :D

When I first started out on my Journey, I weighed 356 LBS...

Last time weighed,, was 231 LBS.....

It didn't take this long to lose the weight. I was deflated for about

3 1/2 years. So I started fresh in January at 328 LBS....

Either way,,, it all adds up to weight loss. That's what I like to see..

Next ! for me, I have onederland in my sights. and there is NO !

Stopping me now !:woot:::woot:

Just thought I would share the Big News...

Shirley.

Thanks Kristi ! Nice to hear from you !

How wonderful. My 1 year bandaversery is coming up on Feb 23. I find that I have really been pushing myself lately and am starting to have momentum. I haven't had any problems with my band but my dr. adjusted my thyroid meds in August and I have stalled out until this last week. Kind of been aggrivated by it but I keep on going. My focus lately has been on making more muscle. I stalled out with 5 lbs to go till wonderland, so I think that made it a little worse. I understand how you feel. This morning I was down to 201.8 so I keep hoping I'm going to see it next week, or at least before Thanksgiving. My husband's best friend has been staying with us and he and my husband and son have had bags of candy laying around that they are munching on from Halloween and I have had the power to resist now. woo hoo, come on wonderland.
