O wow !!! I miss You guys sooooooooooooooooo much!!!!! I've been locked out of the site for almost 3months. Well I celebrated my 6month surgiversary on March.17, 2011. As of March 16,2011 I celebrated......DRUM ROLL...... My 100lb loss...GO ME GO ME :) This has truly been a journey I have good days and bad days when it comes to eating and exercise. Me and my band are at a point where we understand each other. I know if I don't drink Water, move my body and eat whatever I like here comes the pounds, If I eat ok move a little and drink about 64 oz of water my weight stays the same, But if I drink at least 100oz of water move my body and stay on my 800-900 calorie diet, BABEY the pounds melt off. Congrats to all the new Bandees and keep trucking to all old Bandees. BEST WISHES TO ALL

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
