I have lost my lap band mojo

I was banded in February 2010. To date, I have lost 79 lbs. Since December 2010 I have had two episodes where I have had pouch dilation and had to have all the Fluid removed from my band. The first unfill was done in April 2011 and I was refilled in June to 4cc. I was unfilled again two weeks ago. I am going back to the doctor on Thursday to start the process again.

I don't know if the ups and downs of band fills has contributed to it or not but I feel like I have lost my lapband mojo. I was doing SO well prior to these episodes and while I haven't gained any weight,I do keep going through about a 5 lb. cycle for the past 8 months.

Anyone else who has "lost your way" and found your way back? What got you back on track? Look forward to hearing your ideas.

Thanks!

Omg, I just realized that we had the same surgeon, this is really a small world! Dr Enochs is a great surgeon. Anyway, I understand where you are coming from although I have only been banded since April 2011. But now I am understanding the ups and downs of being on this journey.I am still finding my way so the Only advice I can give you is to just be encouraged.
