Minute Maid Light Cherry Limeade is not!

Tip from the RN at my doctor's office. Ask for a diet lemonade with diet cherry and lime.

I've only been banded for about 3 weeks and after my little workout yesterday I took a drink of Cherry Limeade from Sonic .. 'not' thinking it was Carbonated .... That was my 1st carbonated drink since my surgery and I sure was surpised by the effect!!! I totally caught me off guard. It felt like I had those pop-rocks candies in my tummy and I was burping the rest of the afternoon .. and from only 1 drink!! Well... lesson learned!

Same thing happened to me this afternoon. I thought... Limeade = Koolade. Koolade is not carbonated so it should be ok. (I love those things btw) so I took a big ole swig and swallowed, then I realized it was carbonated. UGH... I felt it immediately and for the rest of the afternoon. Oh well... at least I know now why carbonation is a no-no! lol
