I am using this 1 oz medicine cup to drink my liquids to make sure that I do not drink too much. But can someone please tell me when you were able to drink- at least 4 oz at a time ( small sips of course). I am not getting my 80 oz of fluid in daily- more like 40 oz! Had gas so bad last night, I could not even have my 3rd protein drink! I am trying but this is a little more complex then I imagined. I am sticking with it but needs some words of encouragement for the hopefully near future! THanks n advace.

I am 10 days post op and also am sick of the sweetness of protein drinks. I have tried Carnation Istant BF and they are a bit milder in taste. Actually can tolerate them pretty well. I mix powder with 1 cup of FF milk and it totals 15 g. protein. Put ice in blender and tastes kind of like a milkshake....not too sweet. Hope this helps. CAT

Thanks Cat, I actually went to dr and they told me to try Isopure. i stopped and got some, they are not too bad, "to me" it is a welcomed taste when diluted with water. Not overwhelmingly sweet at all and no milk base!! I actually have some Carnation IBF, I will try that also. Thanks for the input.

I gotta say I am liking the sound of taking Protein shots. Where can I find "Liquid Protein" Justmermp? This would be a great way to sneak in some protein on days when I need a little extra.

it is not bad come's in 3 flavors Grape punch and orange. It is $3.49 for a 3.8 oz bottle.
