Hi, I'm Kristin. I am a stay-at-home-mom to 4 kids. I had lapband surgery 4 years ago. It has been a huge battle for me and I am only down 38 out of the 82lbs that I needed to lose. I have made lots of mistakes. I had unfills because of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and surgery. I am not ready to give up on this tool yet, so I'm here to get support and make this work. I would love to reach my goal!

Hi, Kristin. Welcome. I just looked at your profile. You should have no trouble reaching your goal. You really aren't very far away from it. It's time to climb back on the bandwagon. It might help if you start back at square one and go on liguids for a couple weeks. That should help get your body and your mind used to the idea. Go get yourself filled to slightly less than whatever your highest was and then go back a month later and get a little more. I'm sure with 4 kids you are already getting plenty of exercise! LOL! Take this opportunity to teach them good eating habits too while your at it. Good luck. You can do it!
