Nervous w/ health net ***

Hello, I am beginning the process of authorization. I have healthnet ***. Im nervous. Im starting out by going to a primary care physician. Can anyone give me some advice? I dont really know what to say or how to say I want the lap band to him. This will be my first visit to this doctor.

Also does anyone have experience with healthnet ***? What was the process like for you?
