Ap for Iphone to Track Nutrition

I am a newbie, only 5 days post band. Right now I'm still home the majority of the time, so it's easy to write down and keep track of my Protein, calories, fat, etc. What I'm wondering is if anyone knows of a good Ap for the Iphone to keep track when I'm out and about. I know there are many, but I'd like a suggestion.

Also, I am getting so much information about what is most important to pay attention to - calories? fat? sugar? I know that we have to have aprox. 60 grams of protein, but feel a little overwhelmed by what else I need to be focused on.

;)

First of all, welcome to the land of bandsters! Hope you are doing well. I am hoping to get a smart phone in January (when my present contract is up), one of the reasons is because I see so many posts on this site saying they keep track that way. But til then, I have a form I made up where I do it the old fashioned way-- write down how many ounces I drink (min of 64), number of protein grams (min of 80), and how many calories (800). Those 3 categories seem to be all I need. The rest falls into place. But you'll find what is comfortable for you. Super good luck. I think this is the best decision I've made in a very long time!
