OMG, my calcium pill is stuck!

I had a fill a week and a half ago, and the restriction is still adjusting. Oh my gosh!

You're right. I did in the beginning and then I got tired of them and switched back.

I completly understand, the very first time I got sick was after taking my multivitamin...I even smashed it and put it with water...I went to gummies and love them!

For calcium I use the Citracel petites. They are the size of maybe two peas put end to end and very round like a little barrel. They would be perfect for blocking the stoma but I know if I can't take them, then I'm too tight.
