head hunger/emotional eating

Thank god for the band--it has helped me deal with the physical part of eating less! I still struggle with the mental part of eating less, though.

I thought I'd share two resources that have really helped me recently:

*Mindful Eating-A Guide to Rediscovering a Healthy and Joyful Relationship with Food (by Jan Chozen Bays, MD)

*50 Ways to Soothe Yourself Without Food (By Susan Albers, PSY.D.)

Good luck.
