How much are fills in New York?

I am having my lap band fitted Feb 7th in Paris. When is the first fill required and how often do I need them? Where is the port placed for the fills? Is it noticeable? I am going to New York 6 weeks after my op and it would be ideal to have the fill done there. Does anyone know how much it costs? Insurance in Ireland doesn't cover this so I have to pay for my op and aftercare.
