Forgot to weigh in last week. I'm at 283 on the nose today. That is two lbs down but over two weeks so still a little slower than I would like! But a loss is a loss. I will take it.

I'm checking in at 240 (down 1.8 from last week)...I've been bouncing around between 240 and 238 since the weekend so I am hoping that next week will find me firmly in the 230's!

Checking in at 215.8. Only lost .8 lbs but I am extremely happy. I went on a cruise last week and ate more than usual. The only thing that saved me was going to the gym. So I'm extremely happy I didn't gain anything. Good Luck next week everyone!

Checking in today at 279.8 ... gained exactly what I lost last week (2.4 lbs). I figured for a gain as I was on vacation and ate more than usual. However, I'm contemplating a fill. I haven't had one in about four months and am getting that feeling back of getting hungry soon after eating and not getting full as I'm feeling, However, I still get things stuck if I'm not careful. Perhaps a small fill will be the difference. And I'm looking at joining a gym. I got asked this week to be in a wedding in four months and I'd like to be down more by then.

amy checking in early...have to work the rest of the week so did it today...

219... I played with this number the whole month of june :( so for next week anything under will be a blessing......I only worked out 3 times this month so its all on me but when you work 12-16 hrs days on your feet its very hard to work out after that......i lift 50 lb bags of ice 15 times a day that has to account for something :P

good luck to you all.....

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
