  1. kickbox & spin for lots of very sweaty cardio. body pump for weights & toning. just adding yoga to work on flexibility
  2. I'm still here!!!! just trying to whittle down those last few pounds like everyone else. On Monday I weighed in at 151.4lbs. Its so surreal that I'm on the cusp of the 140s. Like a lot of other comments out there....it seems like its taken forever for the last few pounds to come off but at the same time it feels like just yesterday that I was going into surgery. my brain is definitely having a hard time catching up to my body. I'm still working out a lot, tracking everything I eat & start every meal with protein. Saturday I went out for a long bike ride & ended up going 70 miles. it felt SO great!!!! I feel strong & fit - totally new experience for me. Joan - so sorry about the band slip!!!! please keep us posted on your next surgery. sending happy thoughts your way.... cheers, chloe
  3. I'm 9 months out from surgery. Down 70lbs!!! last 10 (or 15) lbs to go.... I started out wearing 16/18s & XLs....now down to roomy 10s & size 8 is just around the corner. really, its like a dream. just boought an awesome pair boots - NOT wide calf. Boots are roomy even when I tuck in my jeans. good luck to you
  4. I love, love, love reading everyones' stories!! my blog link is in my sig
  5. 157.6lbs this morning. Goal was 157 -so I'm claiming GOAL!!! yeah. cheers, chloe

  9. oh no, Joan! How scary!!!! how are you doing?? what happens now?
  10. chloe here....weighing in at 159.6lbs. down about 3lbs from last week. ya-hoooo!!!! a new lowest low for me FINALLY broke into the 150s Its gotten sooooo slow - I was in the 160s for over 2 months. I love being at home - so much better when I can cook at home & hit the gym regularly. cheers, chloe
  11. vickyd- girl! you look so fabulous!!!!! what amazing pics. great to hear what all the other December Divas (that includes you, Dave) are up to. As for me, I think I'm coming to the end of my journey....although its gotten *very* slow here at the end. Right now, I at 162lbs (5'8") and have been in the 160s for 2months. I'm somewhere between a size 10 & 8 and medium tops. My original goal was 145lbs but I'm not sure thats the right endpoint for me. I've decided to shoot for 153-155lbs. I should be a solid size 8 at that point & then I can decide what the right next step is. Another 10lbs or plastics? I know why its slow....too many carbs & sweets have crept back into my daily diet. Also, my work travel has jumped up a lot in the last 3 months and I struggle on the road. I'm better when I'm home & on a routine. On the positive side, I don't expect to travel for the next 4-6 weeks which means I can plan my meals, cook at home & hit the gym often. Also, I started doing a lot of cycling & really love it so I signed up for my first big race. Its in 2 weeks and its 67-miles. eek! Going out for a training ride tonight.... cheers, chloe
  12. 163.0 lbs today up about 1.5lbs from last week. going the wrong direction!!! hoping this week will be better. I'm not traveling at all which means I can hit the gym regularly & cook at home. cheers, chloe
