I had FISH

Well I broke after 6 days I broke I had the easter fish I couldn't eat yesterday....so disgusted with myself honestly I am thinking about throwing it up. should I skip my next protein shake what if I keep doing this I have 15 days left. I just don't understand why I don't have any self control. Pls give me some words of wisdom :( :( :( :( :(

Is this a pre-op diet? You just have to get back on track after you fall off. You can do it. Don't beat yourself up for eating fish. At least it wasn't pie!!! I was required to lose weight prior to surgery but had no specific diet, and no liquid diet before surgery. I think that would be really hard just keep doing your best. The purpose is to shrink your liver because that is the organ in the way of doing this surgery laproscopically. If you have fallen off and eaten fish I don't think it will do much harm. Good LUCK!
