My Name is Sophie

Well I am here to introduce myself, I am scheduled for my band on May 12th 2011 I am so excited, that is 3 weeks. Also I have to be on a liquid diet for those 3 weeks. That is the hardest part. I wish he would be ok with 4 shakes a day and 1 lean meal. He is the doctor after all right so 5 shakes a day for the next 3 weeks. Currently I am on day 4, Wish me luck!

Good Luck Sophie - I'm sure you'll do great. I had my surgery on 4/11/11 - I was definitely glad to be done with pre-op diet but remember it's going to be about another week after the surgery until you can get back into real food.

Congratulations on your new lifestyle.
