I get the liquid vitamins from Sams or Costco, they're about $20 for a months supply.

I would like to know that too! I am hoping to get m pre-ops done and get schedule by June-July. I have seen Walgreen's with B1G1 all the time- great deal, are they equivalent??

I get the gummy Vitamins, no need to purchase the Bariatric Advantage... vitamins are just pricy though.

I get Viactiv (or the store brand) for my Calcium, and the One A Day gummies for my multi. and I take a liquid b12.
