Lap band slip

Just found out today that my band has slipped for the second time. In one week, a decision will be made as to what to do. Revision, gastric bypass after band removal or sleeve after band removal. Not sure what the revision entails yet. Not happy to have come this far (more than 3 years) to have this happen. In fact, I am pretty heart broken right now. Any advice anyone?

Good luck...I feel your pain. Mine was able to be repositioned and resewn down, but if it slips again I will be bandless and I don't thinl my insurance will pay for a revision.

My insurance covers the revision. I work nights and am so not looking forward to work tonight. If this does not send me into depression, I will be amazed. All of my hard work, down the fricking drain!!

I just posted about my past week... and i am really hopin that mine has not slipped! I am hopin to go for a SCOPE tomorrow. (If I keep Gurgling the way I am)!

I am sorry to hear your bad news!
