Hello everyone. I just want to say what a great site this is! It has helped me so much understand the band and has gotten me answers when my doctor couldn't answer them!

About me: I had the band surgery on 12/12/02. Yes, more then a year ago! I did it in Haiti and lived in Washington DC. Therefore i only had it adjusted twice withing that year and i only lost 15 pounds of the 110 pounds i wanted to lose. Now i am back in haiti for good and i just had the band adjusted yesterday.

Wish me luck as i hope that this time it will work

Hi, welcome to our group. Sorry to hear that you were delayed in your band progress, but it's good that now you can pick up right where you left off. :) Good luck!
