Help...I need some ideas on what to eat during my mushy stage

Hello,

My name is Lisa and I was banded on Feb. 2, 2011. I feel really great and I will be going back to work on Monday. Next week I will also start "mushy" foods, and I am looking for some ideas on what to eat. My doctor gave me a generic list, but any advice from you guys would be wonderful! if you have a favorite recipe, please share that also.

Thanks, Lisa

I'd recommend the loaded baked potato instant mashed potato packets. I think the brand might be Idahoan. They have a lot of really great flavor.

Cauliflower cheese, mince , chilli , spaghetti bol mashed potato , I made everything myself tho fresh so I knew what I was eating. Good luck !
