ok so if this is what full feels like it sucks......

I'm still fighting with the idea of when I am full. I ate lunch and everything went down fine, I didn't feel full but usually I don't. I ate dinner tonight and now I feel this terrible lump. I'm not throwing up and I definitely refuse to eat any more so is this full? it sucks if it is. I am making these lovely sounds coming up from my throat. I think I might have like a partial stuck. is that possible? some things I eat and it goes down like nothing and I feel hungry real soon after and other times I eat and i get this lump that stays with me for a while. Please tell me your thoughts. I have another fill coming up and I'm not sure if I need one or not. some foods yes....others no.... I can still eat 2-3 cups at each meal. Also I haven't lost any weight in over a month. I am still on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes a day. I am eating the way I am supposed to I think..... breakfast I have either 2 eggs or yogurt with fresh fruit and granola added. for lunch today I ate (banded wende's) meatball meal in the crockpot with green beans.--went down like nothing. for dinner tonight was chicken breast....couldn't finish the 3rd bite. Last night was a small steak...same thing I couldnt finish it. please give me your thoughts....even meal ideas if you want. thanks

It sounds almost like you might be getting stuck on the dry meats, rather than experiencing "fullness". I know a lot of people have to give up chicken and steak or find ways to make it very tender. I've never been stuck, but I've heard people describe the sensation like a painful lump in the upper chest.

Sometimes I eat too much and feel uncomfortably full, but I wouldn't call it a lump feeling. More gassy, ugh, why did I do that? feeling.

I don't know if this is at all helpful.
